With our responsive, friendly, and experienced management and maintenance people, we will try our best to make your living here hassle free. Whether it’s a clogged toilet, electrical, or other maintenance matter, it will be taken care of in a timely manner.

Each unit is 720 sq. ft. and is individually heated by radiant heat. This keeps you warm at all times, regardless if the blower is on or off. You have your own thermostat. The apartments are air-conditioned, with plenty of closet and pantry space. Additionally, we offer two on site newly equipped laundry rooms. With our off- street parking, you won’t have any problems finding a spot within a 30 second walk to the building. We provide new carpet, two ceiling fans, and nice window coverings. Also you will have a defined dining area.

Most of the apartments have either a balcony or patio with a relaxing view. Additionally, we have a 10,000 square foot recreational grassy area for BBQ, relaxation with your lawn chair and friends, or just lots of fresh air.
